Tell Parliament: A Man Is Not a Woman
Tell Parliament: A Man Is Not a Woman
Our politicians have let activists rewrite reality.
And now Australian women are being dragged into court and fined for saying what every person on the street knows to be true - that a man is not a woman.
This isn't a fringe issue. This is happening right now, in Australian courts, to ordinary Australians.
The Australian Federal Court has now ruled that a biological male is legally a woman. A woman who disagreed was fined $20,000.
Let's be perfectly clear: the law has been captured by gender ideology - and it is being used as a weapon against anyone who refuses to go along with it.
It has to stop.
How Did We Get Here?
In 2013, the Gillard Government quietly removed the biological definition of man and woman from Australian law and replaced it with “gender identity.” The Liberals voted for it too. Most Australians had no idea it happened.
That single change has been working its way through our courts, our schools, our sporting fields and our change rooms ever since.
And it's not just Canberra. Every state and territory government has gone along with it - rewriting birth certificate laws so biological sex is effectively a matter of personal declaration, and using anti-vilification laws to punish anyone who speaks up.
The Fix Is Clear
State and federal parliaments need to:
Restore the biological definition of man and woman in anti-discrimination law.
Return biological sex to birth certificates, passports and drivers licences across every state and territory.
Protect women's sport, changerooms and private spaces from biological males.
Reform the anti-vilification laws being used to punish Australians for telling the truth.
Add your name now and tell parliament: a man is not a woman.
To state and federal parliamentarians:
Australian law no longer recognises the biological reality of men and women.
This puts women and girls at risk – in change rooms, in sport, and in the courts.
It also means Australians can face legal action simply for stating a biological fact.
We call on you to restore the legal definition of man and woman in Australian law.
Please act now to protect women, girls and common sense.
