Contribution rules:

I confirm I am an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or a New Zealand citizen who holds a Subclass 444 Visa or that the entity making the donation is not a Foreign Donor, as defined in the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 (Cth). I also confirm that the funds being donated have not been provided by another person or entity for the purposes of making this donation.

I understand that my donations to Family First Party Australia, if they total more than $17,300 from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026, will be disclosed to the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC), be available to the public, and I will need to lodge a return with the AEC.

I also understand that this donation is to Family First Party Australia, not any individual candidate or electorate. It may be used for any Federal purpose of the party.
