Contribution rules:

I confirm I am:

an individual enrolled to vote at federal elections or in New South Wales for state or local government elections, or
an entity with a business number recognised by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (eg ABN or ACN), or
an individual or entity that has been approved by the NSW Electoral Commission to make political donations, and
am not a prohibited donor within the meaning of the Electoral Funding Act 2018 (NSW) being:
- a property developer
- a tobacco industry business entity
- a liquor or gambling industry business entity, including a registered club if the business undertaken by the registered club includes wagering, betting or other gambling
- any industry representative organisation if the majority of its members are such prohibited donors
- a close associate of a prohibited donor, and

making this donation will not mean that I exceed the cap on NSW political donations of $8,100 for the 2025-26 financial year.
