Les Searle is an experienced husband, father, grandfather, retired land surveyor, and businessman. He recognizes that families are fundamental to society and require strong advocacy for their well-being.

For over twenty years, Les has dedicated significant efforts as a community volunteer through his local church, youth organizations, and business associations. His guiding principle of prioritizing family has demonstrated to him the substantial benefits of fostering a strong, faith-centred family environment.
