Neena Tester, Candidate for McPherson

I am a wife, a mother of four adult children, and a proud owner of two adorable Cavaliers. Few things bring me more joy than long walks on the beach or catching up over coffee.

Over the years, I have been deeply involved in volunteering, particularly in pregnancy support, where I spent several years assisting women through dedicated phone lines. I have also regularly attended Marches for Life in Victoria and Sydney, advocating for legal changes to protect the unborn.

Our family is actively engaged in our local church, where we lead connect groups and volunteer fortnightly. Additionally, I dedicate one day a week to volunteering at Currumbin Wildlife Park, which has been a truly rewarding experience.

While I feel incredibly blessed in my own life, I am passionate about ensuring that women and their babies are protected and supported. I firmly believe that with better education and resources, many women would not feel pressured into abortion in a society that readily supports so many causes yet often overlooks vulnerable young pregnant women.

This is why I wholeheartedly support Family First. Their commitment to strengthening families and addressing issues ignored by mainstream political parties resonates deeply with me. I am eager to contribute to their efforts in creating meaningful change.
