Rae is a longtime resident of Nillumbik, a former small business owner, a mother of 10, and a grandmother of 28.
Rae values strong families, local businesses, and opportunities for young people to grow and thrive.

With a background in politics, Rae believes in practical, commonsense solutions that bring people together and support a vibrant, connected community. 
Rae's Christian values guide her belief in kindness, responsibility, and service to others.

Rae and her husband have spent three years in China teaching and providing humanitarian aid, giving her a deeper appreciation for different cultures while strengthening her commitment to Australian values.

Rae enjoys walking and keeping active at the gym. More than anything, Rae wants to see our community and Australian way of life, underpinned by Western cultural and Judeo- Christian foundations, flourish for our future generation.
