Rebecca Scriven, Candidate for Albury

A mother of four, married for 20 years, and living just north of Albury in rural NSW, Rebecca knows first-hand the strain families are under. Originally from South Australia, she now works at an independent Christian school and is active in her local church community.

Rebecca brings significant governmental experience, having worked in two state Ministerial Offices and in the South Australian Legislative Council. She believes parliaments function best when members are grounded in the Judeo-Christian values that shaped Australia.

Our governments have been captured by leftist agendas that are having a negative effect on our families and communities. It is because of this that Rebecca is standing for election in the seat of Albury. She believes in the ability for faith-based schools and organisations to operate freely according to their ethos, stopping ideologically based energy policies that financially burden families and businesses, and she is passionate to find ways to increase housing affordability to allow families to flourish.

Rebecca also believes strongly in upholding the dignity of the human person with laws that protect the unborn and vulnerable and better resourcing palliative care.

Rebecca is asking for your support to help give families like yours a voice in our nation’s capital to defend family values, preserve religious freedom and advocate for life.
