Richard Griffith-Jones, Candidate for Deakin

A committed Christian and active member of his local church, Richard Griffith-Jones has lived in Croydon since returning to Australia in 2020 after nearly 30 years abroad. A devoted father of four and grandfather of two, he is deeply concerned about the direction of Australian society and is determined to help restore the nation’s values and freedoms.

With a background spanning 13 countries and business experience across multiple cultures, Richard has seen firsthand how nations protect and cherish their heritage. He believes Australia must do the same by safeguarding its culture, freedoms, and traditional values. A proud advocate for family, he firmly upholds that strong families are the foundation of a stable society.

Socially conservative with liberal economic values, Richard supports small government, responsible spending, and assistance for those in genuine need—without excessive handouts or socialist policies. Having previously contested the seats of Ringwood and Warrandyte for Family First, he is dedicated to defending religious freedom, free speech, and the Australian way of life.

Running for Family First in Deakin, Richard is committed to ensuring a future where families thrive, values are upheld, and freedoms are fiercely protected.
