Albo, Wong lose moral compass over terrorism

Family First is appalled at the Albanese Government’s radical anti-Israel posture.

It can’t bring itself to be on Israel’s side in its ware against Islamic rapists, murderers and kidnappers.

While we abhor violence, when a nation is attacked, it must be allowed to defend itself with lethal force as the US and the G7 have rightly said this week.

As we approach Monday’s first anniversary of the October 7 atrocities, only Penny Wong and Anthony Albanese among Western leaders are equivocating.

They embarrass Australia.

Israel is not the aggressor and has not occupied Gaza since 2005.

Sadly, the Gazans chose Hamas as their leaders and instead of channelling the rivers of gold of international aid they receive, including from Australian taxpayers, into building a better life by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea for their people, they constructed tunnels and a terrorist army.

The mad Mullahs in Iran along with collaborators in Qatar are behind Hamas and Hezbollah in Lebanon in wanting to see another genocide of the Jews, this time from the “River to the Sea”.

As we approach October 7, the greatest slaughter of Jews since the Holocaust, it is worth remembering what happened because so many are ignorant, including western Sydney Imams calling for “context” in the reporting of the anniversary.

Columnist at The Australian, Gemma Tognini, has provided the crucial “context” the Imams, Wong and Albanese have forgotten.

She writes:

“In the early months of this horrible war that Israel didn’t start, never wanted and has fought alone, more unspeakable evidence emerged. Like the family of four, including a boy and a girl, aged six and eight, sitting at their breakfast table. The children were made watch as their father had his eyes gouged out, as a Hamas terrorist cut off their mother’s breast. The attackers cut off the little girl’s foot, sliced the fingers from her brother’s hand, then executed them all. The savages responsible then sat down and helped themselves to a meal.”

Family First stands with Israel in its fight for peace and security for its citizens.

A secure Israel threatens none of its neighbours.

It is only their pursuit of their demented wish to wipe Israel off the map that has caused an “escalation” of violence.

Wong and Albanese are naïve in the extreme if they think Israel can negotiate with terrorists whose military goal is the destruction of the state of Israel.

The solution to peace in the Middle East is simple. Disavow terrorism.

That should be Wong an Albanese’s message to Iran and its proxies – and quite frankly to the Imams of Australia and their backers in the universities and at the ABC.

Many Canberra region Family First supporters will be at Monday’s Never Again is Now rally against antisemitism at Parliament House on Monday.

This special event will commemorate the atrocity of October 7.
