If you'd like to include Family First in your will, we are deeply grateful. 

We cannot provide legal advice, and you are encouraged to seek appropriate advice in relation to your affairs.  If you are, however, preparing your own will, you may want to include language as follows -

I give Family First Party Australia Limited ABN 58 106 048 444 of Level 9, 821 Pacific Highway, Chatswood, NSW 2067 the amount of $XX,XXX / XX % of my estate / the residue of my estate.

This gift is for its general purposes free of all duties and taxes payable upon or in consequence of my death and I declare that the receipt of its secretary or other authorised officer shall be sufficient discharge to my executors for this bequest.

This should be modified to either reflect:

• a specific dollar amount gift - $XX,XXX, or
• a percentage of your estate - XX% of my estate, or
• the remainder of your estate after other gifts are made - the residue of my estate.

We do not need to be told of your decision to leave a bequest to Family First, but we would love to know if this is the case and make an appropriate acknowledgement.
