After two years of Western elites and their resident Muslim populations siding with the perpetrators of the worst atrocities against Jews since the Holocaust, should we be surprised that a man named Jihad strapped on a suicide vest, rammed his car into Jews at their local Manchester Synagogue then got out and started stabbing people, killing two and injuring others?

Those same perpetrators receive weekly support through demonstrations on our city streets, vowing to repeat Oct 7 until Jews are eliminated “from the river to the sea”.

Why would someone siding with the perpetrators of October 7 not go and try and kill Jews in one of his Western host nations?

Australia has also had two years of shameful violence against Jews and their property starting with that night of infamy on steps of the Opera House while the bodies of October 7 victims were still warm.

Remember, a Muslim mob went to the Opera House because Premier Chris Minns rightly planned to light the sails with the Israeli flag. Video records them chanting "gas the Jews", although the police later said they were chanting "where's the Jews". Whatever.

After what was meant to be a touching gesture of solidarity with Israel following unspeakable horror committed by Hamas and thousands of Gazan civilian invaders on October 7, Minns cowered.

Re-light the sails, Premier. Show that we will not bow to Islamic terror. Sadly it's too late.

The so-called pro-Palestine protest planned for the Opera House next week must not be allowed. These people should focus their energy on convincing Hamas to take President Trump’s peace deal. That would free Palestine. And the hostages.

When our own federal government has become a useful idiot for Hamas as it uses the suffering it is deliberately causing to its own people to milk international support from the ignorant (I’m looking at you Greta), it is no wonder some will take the Koran and other Islamic texts at their word.

This is especially true when the imams refuse to condemn their brothers in Hamas and some openly back what they call “resistance” through terrorism. In the perverted minds of men like Jihad, they have more than a leave pass for violence from the government and many imams.

We are all in danger because the Islamists will not stop at Jew killing. We have given succour to them.

The West has lost its moral compass. I thought Australians would be better than this. Perhaps more can see the truth than I know. I live in hope.
