Jack Snelling is a former Labor member of the South Australian Parliament and a member of the Family First Federal Executive. He joins Lyle to discuss the controversy around the October 2024 Live Births Bill and Family First’s defence of pro-life MP Dennis Hood in the face of unfair criticism of his decision to grant a pair to a pro-abortion MP who was receiving treatment for breast cancer. This in turn resulted in unfair criticism of Family First’s commitment to the pro-life cause.
